Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

1) For telephone/internet/networking you can (and should) use cat5 or cat6 cable for each of these: http://amzn.to/1U4N6u4

For virgin: http://amzn.to/1U4N2L0

2) Ethernet sockets: http://amzn.to/1U4Nt7U

Coax sockets: http://amzn.to/1U4Nl8u or http://amzn.to/1U4NSY4

3) You wou8ld not run your own fibre, they won't support it. They typically do fiber to the curb or junction box, then coax or ethernet from there.

If they need to put fiber inside, they would do their own. If you are wiring up a central closet or hub for this purpose, put in an empty conduit to the outside junction box location and they can pull fiber of their own through that.
