Unfortunately, there isn't a way to remove negative reviews because otherwise it would render the review process useless since people could only leave positive reviews.

what if we can proof that the person who left the review that they dont exsist and are just bogus names

its awkward isn't it, it doesn't sound very fare, can i just ask, i know we had a few friends that said they would leave reviews, but theres got taken off for some reason, do you know why google whould of removed them.

Google will never state why something is removed but they will cite that someone broke their policy.
