Hi I always wonder how are websites so efficient example when you forget your password ***** you click the link you automatically get a reset button.how does this work. Can a small website operate just as efficiently.

Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
Most sites create a new page for that type of thing, and when someone clicks on "forgot password" it will go to that page.

Then they would use normally either HTML or Java to code in the form.
Here is a tutorial on how it is done using HTML:

If you need to learn anything else with HTML that site is very good for it.
As for Java there is an example of the code for that here:
