I have entered my User Id to complete my tax return, which was isued to me in 2011, and which I would have used last year, and it has not been recognised twice even though it "prepopulates the box as I stsart to type it! How can I complete my return if this is happening and why is it happening? And what can I do now? I have done nothing to cause this to happen.
