Name [email protected] appears when I want to update IBooks & Facebook. I am unable to join Facebook because of this

Can you tell me please which web browser you are using? eg: Safari, to access your Facebook?

Can you do the following please.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.

Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar

Now from the menu bar click Develop > Empty Caches

Once done, close Safari, reopen and tell me if you can now access iBooks and Facebooks.
