Have just changed Internet provider to PlusNet. All set up. Cannot access Kindle Shop. PlusnetWirelessD1B9BB Will not accept my old passwords or the one they gave me. Help

Am very unhappy that problem not solved. Am signing off and will contact Amazon and PlusNet in writing. Whatever happened to the direct contact via the telephone. £21 wasted. Very unhappy customer.
