Do not feel comfortable unplugging anything here - we have only just got the laptop going after fitting the new router. Regret I wil have to seek personal service at home, and trust that my fee will be cancelled. Please comfirm.

Patricia

Nothing needs to be unplugged, you just need to choose the Wifi via the instructions.
