As I said I am an ididot with IT, but regret that I can make no sense of the infor you are giving me obn my Kindle display. Do not feel comfortable unplugging anything here - we have only just got the laptop going after fitting the new router. Regret I wil have to seek personal service at home, and trust that my fee will be cancelled. Please comfirm.
