having spent 1 hour on tel. to Delhi,who at end only wanted to sell and didn't sort problem.
very upset to find my contact list has risen from 89 to well over 1000 in a matter of minutes. I am elderly and feel exploited by a smart outfit. Please advise and put right.

Asked why suddenly'BT Customer care' appeared as a prefix to my email address-- nothing happened


Always having to sign in even after a short lapse sometimes only minutes.


 


After refusing to pay hundreds for warranty to enable them to sort problem end of dialogue.

Have already given my original problem as requested.I also asked how to rectify the excessive number of contacts that suddenly appeared.
