Asked why suddenly'BT Customer care' appeared as a prefix to my email address-- nothing happened
Always having to sign in even after a short lapse sometimes only minutes.
After refusing to pay hundreds for warranty to enable them to sort problem end of dialogue.
Have already given my original problem as requested.I also asked how to rectify the excessive number of contacts that suddenly appeared.
My question now is - CAN YOU HELP?
I think paying £28 merits more than I have had, don't you?
