Can you tell me the exact error you are receiving please.

And which email service or program are you using? eg: AOL Website, AOL Desktop, Yahoo?

When accessing Internet Explorer I am told that there are emails awaiting.


I click on new emails and the list appears on the screen.


 


Then when I highlight an individual email a message appears on the screen saying that there is an error in accessing the message - please try again later.


 


I have been trying for the last 3 days.


 


As in my previous message I indicated that I have taken out al plugs at various times - left them out for periods up to half an hour before replacing.


 


A reply by email will not, therefore, at present help.

Thanks Dave,

I can only answer you via this website.

But I want to rule out any issues with Internet Explorer first,

Please do the following in Internet Explorer

Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options

Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.

Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset

Restart the computer and tell me if you can now view your emails please.
