I am able to send and receive emails from everywhere but my office. Last week every time my office tried to send me emails to my aol account it bounced. Today even as I try to send to them my emails are bouncing back as well. This does not happen with anyone else.

I open aol through google chrome.

This is the error message I get. My office email addresses I attempt to send and receive from are at the bottom:

What happens if you send yourself a message ?

This problem is unique between myself ([email protected]) and my office ([email protected]). It doesn't happen between any other email addresses.


 


When my office tries to send me emails they bounce. When I send them emails they bounce. Everything else works.

Have you check on your office machine and your aol account that you have not blocked the address inway at all ?

do you have a Gmail account ? to run some forwarding tests?

yes I have checked on both. There is no block.

Can you set your AOL Email as a Forwarding Address in gmail

Settings Wheel >Settings >forwarding and POP >Add a forwarding address

enter the AOL Email >

You will get an email in AOL with a Confirmation code in AOL enter that

Send a Email to the gmail and Should forward to the AOL Address let me know

Which means my office has to now start using my gmail account instead? That circumvents the problem doesn't resolve it . . . ?

set the forwarding address - sent an email to the gmail. It forwarded safely into the aol account.
