This problem is unique between myself (XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX) and my office (XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX). It doesn't happen between any other email addresses.
When my office tries to send me emails they bounce. When I send them emails they bounce. Everything else works.
yes I have checked on both. There is no block.
I have a gmail account.
just tested - no problems via gmail
Which means my office has to now start using my gmail account instead? That circumvents the problem doesn't resolve it . . . ?
set the forwarding address - sent an email to the gmail. It forwarded safely into the aol account.
in your office are you using Outlook > Exchange >?
