can you tell me the error or problem you get when you try to use Dragon please?

I have tried uninstalling and reloading the file opens .the cursor willnot respond the screen colour changes. all other programmes respond a window from dragon says Cannot find sound card check media device

yes the sound card is ok I plug in with 3.5 plugs

ok, right click the speaker icon in the bottom right.

Select from the menu Recording devices.

tell me what is set as default.
