Hi Maurice, I see this has been going on for some time may I suggest you agree to login to JustAnswer, and an expert can start a Chat session with you, that way you wont be replying on e-mail communications to talk to each other.
I have just now spoken by telephone to UTV my technical telephone and computer supplier to ask about my router.
It appears that the one they supplied is six years old and not capable of
transferring data from the computer to my new Kindle. They are sending me a new router costing £25,00. I note that you have already debited my Visa account £28.00 which seems unfair in the circumstances.
Apologies for trouble caused.
I will pass this over to customer services to arrange a refund, however if you have a wireless router it should still work regardless, so would be careful about paying £25 for some new hardware unless they will gurantee this will fix your issue.
