I have just set up a new @btinternet email address as part of creating a new BT ID but outlool refuses to recognise the account details when testing the new account. You have sent me an email requiring me to confirm my new email address for BT ID but I can't access the email! My new email address [email protected] Help!!

You need to follow the instructions exactly as I specified them,

When you click Start Meeting, a file will download, that is the file you run to get the numbers to give to me please.
