Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.

Add this page to your Favorites/Bookmarks first, so as to get back to me anytime later on, if needed.

What's the version, e.g. 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, etc., of the BT Home Hub device you are using? Do let me know.

Regards

2.0

Okay. For your model, the default admin password is on the back of the Hub or on the Wireless Settings card. I have included a screenshot for you as well, as follows:

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE ADMIN PASSWORD:

In this case, you will need to reset your Hub to the default settings first, following the given steps:

Find the recessed 'Reset to Defaults' button on the side of your Hub.

Using a paper clip or similar press the button and hold for 20 seconds. Your Hub lights will go out and your Hub will restart.

Wait for the Hub's Broadband light to glow solid blue. This may take several minutes.

Done that, you should be able to use the default admin password this time.

Hope it helps. Thank you!
