I have no sound when playing youtube videos. Sound works ok

I have no sound when playing youtube videos. Sound works ok for other applications. how can I fix this?

yes - sound in youtube now...

i cannot be sure, i think a damaged add-in or plug-in which was linked to ie was causing this problem. when we reset to "factory" condition, this fixed the problem.

happy to hear that your sound is working now. if you want, you can delete firefox. or if you liked it you can keep it

ok - well thanks for the help... will keep firefox for now as a backup - why might it have worked in firefox but not In ie?

because firefox and ie are independent from each other. plugins in ie and firefox are different. it seems there was a problem in ie's plugins
