I want you to do a system restore please to bring it back.

Close all programs.

Click start and type in

System Restore

Press enter.

Follow the onscreen steps and choose a restore date from before the crash.

Let this complete and if it does, it should return Tuneup to your computer, exactly how you had it before.

correct, and you have this Chris, you received it when paying for the subscription initially.

No problem, you will just need to call them and have them send it to you again (they will have your details on file).

From the UK you can contact them on 0844 448 1726

Once you have verified your details, they can email you your product number again, that you can use to register this download.

It is then working again on your computer.

I also urge you to print out the email with the product code, or write the code down, so that you always have a safe copy of it (in the event that you ever needed to reinstall again).

but once you have the code, you can complete the installation and it is back on your computer.
