Hi and welcome. I'm Ansh and today, I will be trying my best to solve your issue.

But now, are you able to see?
Yes here I am - with baited breath!

Clicked on the address you asked me too, but know response!
did it open?
It asked me to join "a group" for discussion, I think. When I clicked on the relevant box the page just didn't respond.
I think, you landed on a wrong page
can you open internet explorer on your computer please and get back here
Yes, I will have to minimise my AOL to open Internet Explorer and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Hello again Ansh, I'm sorry to be a pest; I don't know what happened but everything locked up
please open internet explorer
Ansh, I have AOL.Internet Explorer Tool Bar Page on line now in minimal mode, otherwise I wouldn't be able to send you this message on my AOL Desktop Page. What would you like me to do now. AOL closed my account down before because it was inactive for so long..
let me give you a remote link
type this link in internet explorer and press enter
when the page opens, join the session
yes not here, on internet explorer
O.k. ...have done as you ask. and up came their inbox!
no, you are not doing it correctly
you have to type this address on internet explorer's address bar
where you type name of websites to get in
Right I am now on the Norton Search Page. What do I do now?
you must be typing that link in the wrong field
Ansh, Everytime I enter the http://tiniuri/JAREMOTE442 in either the Welcome Page or the Toolbar of Internet Explorer, the AOL Welcome Page cuts back in..The field you refer to I presume you mean the box right atr the top of the screen. You will gather by now I do not do a lot of browsing you see. Most of my work is working on financial spreadsheets.
I will tell you where to type this
Let me give you a screenshot
Inside red circle
I am still waiting
Ansh, I'm sorry to appear so slow in getting back to you all the time. My AOL Desktop went off -line again just now, maybe it's a fluctuation in the radio signal, but it happened whilst I was working on AOL Internet Eplorer, which I don't use very often. Thankyou for the screenshot and the box I am using for your http adfdress appears to be at the very top of my screen, like yours,
However, maybe we should both call it a day and get some beauty sleep right now. You deserve a gold medal for patience with me and I do appreciate that so much. Perhaps I could get back to you, say next Monday afternoon and we could pick up where we left off. As i'm a pensioner my time is my own, more or less but yours is much more important..
So have a nice week-end, what's left of it......and again, many thanks.
You're most welcome. I will be waiting for your reply on Monday
Thank you and bye for now
Ansh, Hello again and I do hope you were able to have a e restful Sunday after your exasperating Saturday trying toi sort out the problems with my P.C. Well, yesterday I gave my hard drive a spring clean using my Systym Mechanics programme and got rid of a lot of clutter and goodness knows how many viruses etc. The good news is I find I can now work on my spreadsheets, and possibly other non-AOL Files without interuption from my I.S.P. providing I switch on my WI-FI radio router first, and then keep it on whilst I'm working away. I wonder if the problem of AOL breaking in all the time has been because the internet service has been seaching by default for my radio signal when the router was not switched on. Anyway, I have been working on a spreadsheet today with my router not switchede on and with constant interuptions by AOL and when I switched my router on, the interuptions ceased. So that's good news isn't it .......it would appear that all I have to do is remember to switch on my router when I boot-up my P.C.
That's great news.
I am really happy and hope you too had a nice weekend. Thank you and if you like, you can rate me for the help.
