Hello and thank you for your question today. My name is Jason. I look forward to helping you today.

When you do attempt to access the emails, what occurs?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It just says loading lotus notes then it stops - I can sign in. Previously when I've had a problem someone told me it was because of the windows install updates that stops me

Hi no I'm sorry I just had my system repaired after restoring and it all went wrong. The last time someone remotely accessed my machine and was able to put it right that way
