EVERY TIME I TRY TO ENTER MY ACCOUNT WITH MY PASSWORD XXXXX IS REFUSED GIVEING PASSWORD XXXXX AND ITS NOT AND I NEED TO GET INTO MY EMAILS ERGENTLY PLUS I NEVER RECIEVE A CODE ON MY MOBILE PHONE

PROBLEM IS WITH GMAIL IT WAS WORKING FINE BUT NOW NOTHING


CARNT EVEN GET INTO MY ONLINE BANKING SAME PROBLEM PASSWORD INCORRECT AND ITS THE SAME PASSWORD IVE ALWAYS USED

To check, have you ensured the Caps Lock is not on?

If not, open a document program such as word or notepad, and type the password there so you can see it.

caplock never been on just wont acept my password over the last couple of days

Can you go to the below address please and follow the steps to perform a Password Recovery.

https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery

this is the process to reset your password to a new password.

Once reset, use this new password to sign into your account.
