Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

To confirm, the password it is requestinig is when you try to connect to the wireless network correct?

I am assuming I am connected to my network as the screen on my tablet is asking for a password

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Thank you Heather.

Can you turn off the Tablet.

Then power off your wifi router and wait 3 minutes.

Power on the wifi router and then turn on the Tablet.

Then check on the routers label for Wireless Key as this is the password you need to enter.

Enter it in exactly as it is written eg: PASSword is different to passWORD

Let me know the results please

Thank you
