Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

Can you tell me please exactly what is not connecting on the Broadband equipment?

And what is the make and model of it please?

Thank you
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
No problem Michael

First, tell me what you have now connected and which lights are flashing please.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

it is now showing blue how do I use this equipment ie access emailand internet

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, that is good.

Now connect a computer to any one of the Network plugs on the Broadband device (you can pick any free one) with a network cable.

And thats it, the computer will then start to get the internet via the broadband device, nothing needs to be done on the computer.

If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I don't understand the answer

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, you asked how to use the equipment to access internet, emailing ect.

All you need to do is connect your computer to the Broadband device via a network cable, and the computer receives internet via the device.

That is all that is needed to be done Michael.

Can you tell me which part of this is confusing and I can try to explain it more, but basically you just connect a network cable from your computer to any of the free ports on the broadband device.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

this is wireless broadband no extra cable supplied

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
ok, so you wish to connect wirelessly.

Which version of windows are you running that you wish to connect to the device wirelessly on Michael?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

windowa7,

Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Thank you

Now on Windows, click Start, type in

ncpa.cpl

press enter.

Right click on Wireless Network Connection and select connect.

It will show you a list of networks.

Connect to your wireless network and enter the password.

The name of your network and the password will be written on a label on the Broadband device.

Once connected the computer is then connected via wireless to the internet.

Let me know the results please

Thank you
