Hi. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm happy to assist. Are you using the case sensitive wireless key on the label on the bottom of the hub
when prompted for a password XXXXX your new computer?
Thanks. This is what should be used. After entering the key on your machine and connecting what then happens on your screen? The status should then show as CONNECTED.
Hi. Were you able to get the new PC connected?
Please let me know if there are still issues.
