We need to do a reset of Internet Explorer

To do this

1) Close all open Internet Explorer Windows
2) Open One Internet Explorer window
3) click the tools or settings Wheel top Right
4) Click Internet options > then the Advanced tab > then Click Reset and Reset again.
5)Close internet Explorer and re-open and see if you still have the Issue

Then test - if you still have an issue then do this

Go to :

Download and Install Firefox -

Firefox is a browser like Internet Explorer , But faster and More secure.

Once Installed open Firefox and see if you have the same issue in Firefox

I completed your previous response, closing IE, Tools>Internet Options>Advanced Tab>Reset and Reset again. I shutdown and reopened, I can upload JPegs now but not MS Word files
