On the back of the BT Hub is a Reset button

You may need to use a paperclip. and push the button in for 10 seconds, then release.

Once done, restart the computer and tell me if it will now connect to the wireless network please.

Which version of windows are you running on the computer with the problem Bert?

And are you getting this error when entering in the password to connect to the wireless?
