Start up the computer and start tapping the F11
this should work on most lenovos
you will get a menu that will come up that says system recovery options
just hit next for the keyboard input method
follow through the next few windows until you get to "Choose a recovery tool"
from there select "System Image Recovery"
Continue through the screens that follow... (they are pretty self explanatory)

okay try this....
turn the computer off.... then turn it on and press and hold the small button next to the power button
How can I do that whilst I am still on line to you?
You will need a different computer, tablet, smartphone, etc...
what you need to do is turn the system off, then press that small button next to the power button. That should bring you into the OneKey Rescue system. From there you can restore the system to factory status. You will lose everything on the computer.
and of course we will be disconnected.
I haven't got one. My computer is Lenovo G575, Model 4383. Sorry to sound stupid but I am an silver surfer and do not know a lot about computers.
