i cannot recieve e-mails or send e-mails and when i rang bt

i cannot recieve e-mails or send e-mails and when i rang bt they said i needed to change my password XXXXX when i tried my password XXXXX i set up my broad band it told me that i had to try again i am not very good and no matter what i do i still cannot change my password

hi richard after i went back on to my incredimail to recieve or send e-mails just would not respond and the login logo came back up and said my password was wrongor user name was wrong but while i was tring to find you again i recieved an e-mail from my nephew but when i tried to send him one i could not send or recieve again and just keeps coming up that wrong password i am very confused as you got it all working so i restarted my pc again but was right back at the begining before i contacted you do i need a new computer its doing my head in
