Im unable to send emails from windows live mail - I can receive

I'm unable to send emails from windows live mail - I can receive them though. It's just happened. I can send emails using my email account via webmail and my iphone. can you help?

What is the part after the @ SYMBOL of your e-mail address?

Can you open Windows Live Mail now

Customer:

OK, it's open now

Kamil Anwar :

In the left pane, on WLM can you see your talktalk account?

Customer:

yes: )

Kamil Anwar :

Right Click on it and Select Properties

Kamil Anwar :

Then from the Servers Tab, tell me what the Outgoing SMTP server address is?

Customer:

smtp.talktalk.net

Kamil Anwar :

Is the box my server requires authentication checked?

Customer:

no

Kamil Anwar :

Put a check on it

Customer:

OK, done

Kamil Anwar :

Now go to Advanced Tab

Customer:

OK

Kamil Anwar :

And tell me what the Outgoing mail (SMTP) port number is?

Customer:

25

Change it to 587

Customer:

OK

Kamil Anwar :

And place a check on This server requires secure SSL

Click Apply, OK and try sending an e-mail now.
