press and hold the power button for up to 10 seconds. The laptop should then completely turn off.
Then wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on.

i have just turn the laptop off waited 30 seconds and turned it back on

OK, let's turn it off and then remove the battery and power adapter if connected. Then hold the power button for 30 seconds.Then put the battery back in and turn it on, let me know if anything changes.

i have tried pluging it into my tv via my hdmi cable but i still get nothing
That is not good.
It seems you have a video card issue.
There might have been a issue with it before but the hibernation mode might have triggered it. Normally if there is a problem with the screen you should still get video when connection another video source.
How long have you had your laptop?
