yes, but the link I gave is the reset procedure to reset your password, so you can access your emails again.

Can you click the link (repeated below) and follow the procedure please?

Because it tells me to go to the HELP desk and that is as far as it goes

ok, then you will need to call in order to have the password XXXXX

You wont be able to do it online.

Call 0800 100 400

Once in contact with a customer service representative, your password XXXXX then be reset over the phone and you can then use this new password XXXXX log in.
