Thank you

On the Xperia, go to Settings, Wireless & Networks and remove the Bluetooth pair you have with the Saab.

Once done, hold the power button on the phone until you see a menu and choose Power Off.

Then turn on the phone, and pair it again to the Saab.

Let me know if it now connects please.

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
It is under Settings, Wireless & Networks.

Were you do the bluetooth pairing.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.
sorry Richard I still cannot find it
Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
ok, then we will need to reset the phone.

This is going to remove all data from the phone and return it to new, but there is no way to avoid this.

On the phone, go to Settings, Privacy and press on Factory Reset.

If you do not see it there, go to Settings, Storage.

Complete this and when it has, setup the phone again and then try to pair before installing any apps.

Let me know the results please
