You can use the "Attach files" paperclip icon in GMail to add attachments to your email.When you click the icon, you will need to browse to the location where the file is stored on your computer and select it to be attached.

Ok Pete,i should be able to handle this attachment except i need to print your instructions .Cannot see print icon.

Hi David, To print off the instructions, you should see a SHARE button on this page when you refresh it (by pressing the F5 button). Click on the SHARE button and it will allow you to select a Print option.
