Download and install the web camera driver software application from the below link then the camera will start working. http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/computers/satellite/c660/psc1la-00j001/download If you still find any problem let me know i can do a remote access and i can fix the camera right in front of you.

CAN YOU TELL ME IF MY MODEL HAS A BUILT IN WEBCAM?

I have checked the camera software and installed it as well however the camera hardware itself is bad or faulty. if its out of warranty then i would suggest you to get a webcam ordered. you can connect it to the usb port and install the driver.
