I'm Todd and I will be the expert working with you today to help resolve your problem.


If you have installed app "Find my iPhone" you will be able to track your iPhone.

1. Go to www.icloud.com
2. Log in using the account you used when setting up Find My iPhone. Your Apple ID/iTunes account.
3. When you log in, Find My iPhone will immediately begin trying to locate your device. You'll see onscreen messages as it works. If the device is turned off, the map will display its last known location, not necessarily its current location. When it's turned back on, the map will update.
4. When your device is found, a window will pop up over the blue dot.
5. If device is turned off or location service is turned off software will not locate your iphone.
6. Check the option "Email me when this iPhone is found".

Unfortunately, if you don't have installed app on your phone you will not be able to track your lost/stolen phone.

Here are some tips that can help to find your phone.

1. Try registering the phone's IMEI number with missingphones.org, the site offers a free lost and stolen phone recovery service.
2. Call your phone or send message. The message could say "Help! I lost this phone. If you find it please call this # (your land line or other cell phone number)"
3. Report it. If you cannot find it within 2-4 hours, instead of to keep looking, it usually is a better idea to call your phone company and tell them to deactivate your phone. This is smart because if someone may have stolen it, they cannot rack up a ton of minutes, while it is lost.
4. Register the phone as stolen with the local police department.
5. If you have paid for any of your providers locator services call your provider customer service for more information.
