downloaded avg but still getting virus scanning pop ups. Internet is slow, cant download itunes....

What have you tried so far to fix the problem your self please tell me all the steps you have tried.

Initially I restored to factory settings because I was getting a black screen and I had no standard programmes like Internet explorer or when I went into the windows start menu it was empty so not even a calculator! I then downloaded avg anti virus software because I couldn't download iTunes as getting error message 14000 I think. Keep getting all different antivirus software adverts popping up now and pc cleaner, that type of warning. Registers helper popps up saying invalid entries and so it goes on.

I can remote access and check the inside problem of your windows operating system and then i can let you know the troubleshooting steps which you can follow to fix the problem of downloading Itunes and getting rid of the popups you are encountering.
