BT cloud is in the windows startup program list that is why its start when ever you start your pc
to remove it from the startup program follow the steps.
Click on Start , then click on Control Panel
Click on System and Security
then click on Administrative Tools
From the list of administrative tools, double click on System Configuration
Then click on the startup tab
you will see a list of programs in ther look for BT Cloud and uncheck the check box then hit apply first and then hit ok.

Done all the steps. Asking for a restart
the computer will ask you to restart to take effect once restarted your problem is solved.
check your email for justanswer email it will say expert has answered your question
