I use Internet Explorer. I have tried to get on to BT Yahoo! but just a general BT page comes up, which I have been getting for hours before I contacted you. Help please!!

Fine, yes. I can put in my e-mail address and password, IF I can find the site on which to log in. BT say they have changed the system, but I cannot find what to do.

Thank you. I have been waiting all this time for the download but it would not. I have tried to get back to my e-mails and clicked on one of the BT options and it appeared! Hopefully the same will happen when I restart the computer. Thank you for your help. Jill.
