Hello Kamil. Thanks for your support yesterday. My laptop is already performing better. I have given feedback and a bonus.
I am not sure that we have completely fixed the BlueScreen. I think it has happened once since you did the cleanup.
I am making good progress on reducing files (using a cloud solution) and will monitor the BlueScreen issue; and get back to you if it recurs.
I am wondering what to do about Norton and/or another anti-virus product. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks. Peter

Thanks for the update.

Yes, we'll use AVG which is free but before you download it we would need some space freed up.

After you have freed up the space, i'll take a look at the PC again to diagnose blue screens, yesterday the last two were from (norton, and trusteer), this one will check after some space is freed up.
