yes i go onto logmein.com, enter password XXXXX but then says disconnected error
but i use to do it all the time on this laptop...
and ive tryed diferrent computers and there all fine... just my one that cant connect.

Have you tried with IE?

Are you chatting from same computer?
and you chat from chrome, am i right?

Here's the procedure
1: Open Internet Explorer
2: Click Tools > Internet options
3: On internet properties window, click Advanced tab > Click Restore Advanced settings > click Reset
4: Click Apply then OK

Check whether logmein add-on shows there or not

1: Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2: Click Settings
