Hi there, I use to be able to log in to our computer at work

Hi there, I use to be able to log in to our computer at work from logmein.com, but all off a sudden it wont let me log in , keeps coming up disconnection error, I can log in to logmein from all other computers/laptops.. its just mine that cant connect/logmein.. I do a lot of work at home, but not been able to for 2 weeks, cos i just cant log on.. ive tryed everything, nothing works... there must be something wrong with my laptop,, but i dont know what... logmein help line wasn't very helpfull, they just said to reboot... which i have done, but no luck..
