Re: Canon MX455. Whenever I attempt to print a document with multiple pages (from Word) and I select 1 copy and 'print all pages' the printer will print multiple copies of random pages and sometimes not even print the whole document. For example if my document has 20 page it may print out page 1 to 11 and then duplicate pages 8 to 11. Sometimes it prints the whole document and then duplicate the last few pages. I thought it was due to me having a 'cover' page in Word, but it still does it when I don't. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

This does sound like there is a problem with the actual driver that is installed for this printer. Do you still have the CD with you for this printer?

Do you have teamviewer currently installed? If not, type teamviewer in to Google. Select the first link and select download. Download will take about 2 minutes, run through the set up until you are given your ID and Password XXXXX then please message me back at that point so I can start the session.
