I need help with my computer . I am on another computer now. I need help on the computer tel. line XXXXXXXXXXX I would be so grateful for a call. My e-mail address [email protected] I was told someone would contact me on my e-mail address, but no one has and I cannot access this computer all the time.
Whenever I go on to the internet, it goes on to the web site and searches the company, such as internet explorer. It will let you on to a site, but if you then click on buy now or get telephone number etc, a panel comes upsaying
There is a problem with this website security certificate
The security certificate was not issued by a trusted certificate authority
Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.
It will not even let me ask bt for a telephone number or access to help or anything

It will not give me a password, because it says it cannot connect because the firewall is on. I have to confess, I put it on because the computer was doing the same thing before and I wondered if the problem was because it was off. I clicked on it to turn it on, but it won't let me turn it off again. I went in to security settings but it will not turn off, jill

I cannot believe it could be so simple. Although we had this computer some time, it had never been used with the internet before. Last week i took it to a computer repair shop who charged me £45, put on lots of updates and when I got it home they had not cured my problem. Would you not think they would have picked up on the date. I had never looked at the date and was not sure even where to find it. I can only thank you
