I have BT Hub 5 router with wifi and connected cameras. The

Resolved Question:

I have BT Hub 5 router with wifi and connected cameras. The cameras can be accessed locally (e.g 192.168.1.67). I have a contract with DYN where the cameras are logged (garage.is-found.org) Any changes to router IP is automatically sent to DYN. Up until a week ago I could access the cameras from anywhere. I week ago I had problems with another computer in the house getting WiFi access. I reset the router. I have re-input camera details. Although I can see cameras locally I cannot access from outside (garage.is-found.org:83). I have spent 3 days and been on to BT(3 times) who tell me they have not been trained to correct this issue

There will be one of two causes for this.

1) When you reset the router, did you create the port forward again for port 83 to the camera? As this will be needed. If not, can you to correct it. If you do not remember how, tell me and I will tell you how to do this.

2) Your public IP changed after the reset. We can correct this, but please respond to point 1 first so I know if that is the issue.
