I cannot access my e mail with mail @btinternet.com. Get the error ID:Ox800CCC17.Have tried the activex controls etc but nothing happens. Have tried giving my details for a new password XXXXX do not have Outlook express and do not know how to find my e mail applications. Help please!

Can you tell me, are you accessing your emails via your internet browser (and if so which one eg: Internet Explorer)?

Or via an email program such as Outlook 2010?
