Hi, I use BT infinity as my service provider but still use

Hi, I use BT infinity as my service provider but still use my old AOL account for homepage and e-mail, but for the last 3 weeks I have not been able to connect to the AOL site. The message reads Error-3002, and says that connection to AOL has been lost.
Each time I have called AOL, they tell me that they are having lots of problems with their members that use BT as service provider and technicians are trying to fix these problems. I have called them many times now and even BT to see if there is a 'Block' on their side, but they tell me No.
Any ideas ?
I have removed AOL 9.7 and re-installed many times now.

Please click on the downloaded file and run it.

Name of the file is 'Support-LogMeInRescue.exe'

Hi Kamil,


You were correct in identifying my problem is with BT cabling, at present my whole BT connection has been lost (Friday afternoon) and they will repair by 16/04/14. But I have tried 2 different dongles and BT have provided me with their Wi-Fi service until cabling is fixed and I can connect to AOL 9.7 on all of these.


Unbelievable ! Things should be OK now, fingers crossed.
