Hi I am unable to open my bt.com email page (x 2 days) emails

Hi

I am unable to open my bt.com email page (x 2 days)
emails are coming through to my phone so I know that the system is up and working.
When I try to open the email page the icon at the top starts to search then stops with blank screen.

Can you suggest a way of retrieving this page please as I need to refer to a particular folder on the page.
