Purchased Lenovo ideacentre VB540 last Noivember. The screen has now gone blank. What can I do to rectify this?

No thanks, XXXXX XXXXX contacted Lenovo and they are going to send a courier to collect the unit for repair or replacement. Since you were unable to solve the problem do I still have to pay?

you have already paid in advance and its in a state of deposit and it gets released when you rate the answer we identified the problem after the troubleshooting we followed then we came to know it has a hardware issue which can be only fixed when the unit goes to the service center that is why i gave you the number to call lenovo and get it replaced.
