I have a toshiba z930 ultra slim , the battery went completely

I have a toshiba z930 ultra slim , the battery went completely and now it will not charge , it is plugged in but I have a flashing orange light suggesting it is not plugged in ..any ideas . This

check at the back do you have a battery latch to remove it from the laptop

Michelle :

utra slim model have batteries inbuilt in many models.

Customer: Not that I can see

i see this model has an inbuilt battery

Customer: ok so is there nothing I can do ..?
Michelle :

normally the battery doesnt get bad in just 5 months however this protege model has an inbuilt battery i will give you a video link watch it first and then try to open the bottom case to access the battery remove it and reinstall it back

then you try to connect the charger and check of the charger is working or not.

Michelle :

and if the unit has a warranty seal sticker attached at the sides then we cannot open it because the warranty will be voided by the manufacturer

Michelle :

check the seal sticker then only we can go further

Michelle :

i hope you understand i dont want to damage your warranty cover

Michelle :

did you check the seal?

Customer: I cannot see any seals
Michelle :

ok then you can remove the cover then remove the battery and reinstall it back

Customer: do it now 2mins .
Michelle :

after reinstalling the battery if the battery is still not charging them you will will have to get the ad adapter checked using a voltmeter whether it provides 19 volt dc to the computer to charger the battery or no
