When I turn on my laptop & the APPS come up,but when I click on to any one of them,the don't respond,I wonder what could be wrong?Please Help.

I'm very reluctant to give any information as regards my laptop,as there is so many scams. So hopefully you will be able to give me some indication as to what is wrong.

I can but will need more information, the issue is specifically related to your laptop - could be a malware/viruses or something, which i do not know.

I'm on another laptop,because none of the APPS respond,I have them all.


The laptop is AH512 Fujitsu,with windows 8, the modem is Vodafone


I use Internet Explorer.

This problem started about a week ago,so when I sign in with my password, all the apps come on, but none of them responds so that is the problem,


I signed up for a Microsoft account,but what comes up is outlet.com.


So hopefully you may be able to help.

Can you open System Restore and try to do a restore to the earliest point available, then check please.

Hello Kamil, I still have got the problem,that I can't get into my e-mails etc,


I have got rid of the APPS,& now what is on the screen is,Microsoft account,with the provision for e-mail address & password,but when I sign on, a block comes up saying "Undo".


Above the e-mail address provision,is a panel,saying;Copy Link, Open Link in new tab, Open link in new window, & Open link.


So that is the situation now,Kamil, hopefully that you will be able to get things going.

Which web browser is it happening in and what is the part after the @ symbol of your e-mail address?

The web browser is Internet Explorer,& the @ symbol is hotmail.com,I also have a gmail account.

What happens when you go to the site www.hotmail.com what's the first screen you see?

When I put my e-mail address,& password in & sign in,a block comes up,saying Undo,Paste. So I can't get into the e-mails at all.

Can you hold the windows key and press R

Then a run dialog will be opened,

In the run dialog, type inetcpl.cpl

Then, click Advanced Tab

then click Reset

And Reset the settings of Internet Explorer.

Then check and tell me the results.

I do not see any problems the things you are telling me describes the features of windows.

I suggest i do a remote session with you so i can be on the same screen as you and tell you what is it that you're seeing and why.

The file is downloaded, but not running.

A program called TeamViewerQS.exe will be downloaded.

After it is downloaded, click on it and run it.

You will see a small box with an ID and Password.

Note it down and reply me with that ID and Password.
