My BB tel nbr XXXXXXX has stopped receiving and sending

my BB tel nbr XXXXX XXXXXX  has stopped receiving and sending emails on 3 accounts I have it tuned to receive. It has worked for years but stopped on 24/04. outgoing and incoming tel calls are ok. have turned off removed/replaced battery but still emails not working. i need this urgently for tomorrow as travelling. can you assist ? 1. Can you tell me the second part of the email addresses? (after the @ symbol)
2. Can you still access the emails on a computer, e.g. through webmail?
3. Are you getting any error messages on the BlackBerry?

2.Can accees them on laptop but travelling tomorrow and too heavy

and invonvenient to manage so essential to have BB working

3. No error messages, Only when press 'send' red cross appears next to

message and does not send or resend.

Can you confirm that your passwords for the email accounts have not recently been changed?

on btconnect.com password ***** changed about 2 months ago but globalmaritimeagencies.co.uk has not changed for over a year.

Ok, then the easiest option is to remove the email accounts from the BlackBerry and add them again.
First, delete the account from the BlackBerry, then add it again.
Check that the following information is entered correctly:
Description: whatever you want to display (can leave blank if you wish)
Display Name: whatever you want to display (can leave blank if you wish)
Username: your @btconnect.com email address
Email Address: your @btconnect.com email address
Password: your password
Server: pop3.btconnect.com
Port: 110
Use SSL: off
SMTP Username: leave blank
SMTP Passord: leave blank
SMTP Server Address: mail.btconnect.com
SMTP Port: 25
SMTP Encryption: Off
The rest of the options are up to you.
Save the email setup, this will then be set up and fully working.
