I am not able to connect to wifi on my kindle paperwhite

are you on the computer connected to the same router you want to connect the kindle

Yes I am. My wifi details are: TALKTALK-1514EC password: NYAHRXWE

Michelle :

Turn the Kindle to view the bottom of the device.

Locate the power switch on the far right side, next to the USB port.



Slide the power switch. Hold it for at least 45 seconds.



Release the power button, and wait for the Kindle to restart.

Hold down the swithch for 30 to 45 seconds

do not release it before that
