you will have to do a factory restore to get back the kindle fire hd to work again.

Michelle :

Kindle Fire HD Factory Reset
Tap the Quick Settings icon, then tap More.
Select Device.
Click Reset to Factory Defaults ~ Removes all personal data from your device.

i have tried this but the w fi will not let me in it says its having problems syncrinising

try the hard reset steps and after that try the factory restore.
